Why aren't all LAN ports on my TP-Link router working?

Good day, I ran into this problem: the Internet works via wi fi, but does not work via LAN from the router to the laptop.

Previously, everything was fine, but now for some reason only one LAN port (out of 4) on the router works, that is, the Internet comes only from port number 2, if you connect through the others, there is no Internet. But as soon as I pull out the LAN cable from the laptop, the Internet immediately disappears, and I plug it back in, the laptop no longer sees this LAN, that it is connected somewhere.

Moreover, this problem is only with the second port, through the other ports, the laptop stably sees that they are connected, and at the same time, on the display panel of the router, it lights up that both the third and second ports are connected (see photo) but the cord is only in the third port , port # 2 is not connected to anything.

Also, such a moment that when you reset the router to the head. settings, after that he normally sees connections via Lan, and the Internet is present, but as soon as you change the network name and / or set the password to wi fi, after rebooting, again through port No. 2 the cable does not see, through the rest he sees, but there is no Internet.

Good afternoon. Judging by the photo, you have TP-LINK TL-WR841N, or TP-LINK TL-WR741N. There are many incomprehensible moments for me on your problem. To begin with, if there is such an opportunity, I would try experimenting with connecting another device to the router via cable. You can also try to connect with a different cable.

You wrote that the Internet works only when connected to the second LAN port. Farther:

But as soon as I pull the LAN cable out of the laptop, the Internet immediately disappears, and I plug it back in, the laptop no longer sees this LANa

You pulled out the cable, plugged it back in, so what? What exactly is happening on a laptop? What is the connection status? On the router, is the LAN ID 2 lit after reconnection?

Then you wrote:

through other ports, the laptop stably sees

It turns out that the connection via other LAN ports also works. Or how? Again, what is the connection status on the laptop through the other ports?

It's strange, of course, that everything works at the factory settings. Setting up a Wi-Fi network cannot affect the operation of LAN ports in any way. Connection to the provider, you do not configure IPTV? What is your internet service provider connection type? No MAC binding?

If two LAN indicators are on when the cable is connected to only one port, then this is very similar to a hardware problem with the router. Maybe something is burnt.

Another option is to try updating the router's firmware.
