Access Limited in Windows 10 after a while

After a random time, Wi-Fi access became limited and it turns off for 5 minutes, then turns on again. Sometimes it turns off altogether and shows that my network is open, although it is password protected. The Network Diagnostic Center did not identify any problem, the operating system is Windows 10, the model of the TP-LINK-WR 841N router. When scanning with an antivirus, it found no viruses. The problem has appeared recently, even when the Internet is disconnected, sometimes 2 short signals from the laptop appear. The drivers are all updated, I tried to rollback thinking that the drivers are buggy, but it did not help.

Answer:

There is a separate article for the "Connection limited" error, but apparently you have a different problem.

You did not write the main one, is the same problem on other devices? And how does your laptop work with other networks? This needs to be found out first of all in order to know what to look for the cause. Have you tried experimenting with the driver following this instruction?

You can also try changing the Wi-Fi network channel in the router settings. Or, try to put the router near the router itself.

If you can, attach a screenshot of the error in the comments.
