At first, on all devices (phones, laptops) at a frequency of 5 GHz, the speed was at least 95 Mbit / s. 2 months pass and the speed drops enormously on the phone to 2-4 Mbps.
I have been suffering for several months. And I reset the settings, and changed the channels, and even called technical support, but there were no results. On the phone at 5 GHz, the speed of the jump is still 0.02 - 0.3 Mbps .... Please tell me what can be done?
P.S. At work, there is also 5 GHz and the speed corresponds to the tariff when measured and connected from the same phone.

Good afternoon. A very important point: what about the speed of the Wi-Fi connection on other devices (on the same laptop) in the 5 GHz range, in the 2.4 GHz range and via a cable from the router? You can also measure the speed without the Innbox E70 router, but by connecting the cable directly to the computer and setting up the connection to Rostelecom.
Perhaps this is some kind of problem with the provider. Although, if a specialist came from a provider, he would determine the reason for the low speed.
If the speed dropped only in the 5 GHz range and on all devices, while resetting and changing some parameters does not give a result, then it is quite possible that this is a breakdown of the Innbox E70.
