Hello. After connecting the internet, there was such a problem. The router distributes wi-fi and the phone normally receives the signal. The internet works and everything is fine. But as soon as I connect my computer to the network, the entire Internet disappears somewhere.
Both devices are connected to the network, the signal is good, but there is no Internet itself, or rather it is there, but at extremely low speeds, unsuitable for comfortable use.
A tplink n300 router, that is, two connected devices should be pulled out. I live in a hostel, so there are a lot of networks here. Technical support advised me to change the MAC address (yes, the provider works through binding to the MAC address) of the computer to the one that the router has (that is, the one that I indicated when connecting the Internet), but this did not help. I also tried to connect only the computer to the network, disconnecting the phone and this did not work, the Internet was also at low speeds.
What could this problem be related to and how to solve it? Since I am a complete zero in these matters, I will be grateful for detailed instructions 10 times more. Thanks in advance.

You need to figure it out. You did not write, but I understand that you connect the computer to the router by cable? The router is from TP-Link, but they don't have the N300. The N300 is the speed index.
When you connected the Internet, did you already have a router? That is, is the Internet tied to the MAC address of the router (which is indicated on the sticker on the bottom of the router)? Or is it tied to the MAC address of the computer's network card and then you cloned it to the router?
What type of connection does your ISP use? Is the connection in the router settings, in the WAN section properly configured?
If you disconnect the cable (Internet) from the router and connect it to the PC, does the Internet work?
Please give an answer to these questions. Try it on the computer, in the device manager, just remove the network card. After restarting your computer, it should appear there automatically. Also do a network reset on your computer. I do not know what kind of Windows you have installed there, I can not tell you in detail.
