I realized that I was logged in via mobile internet. I took a wi-fi network (my own), and does not want to load the page, because wi-fi is not configured! How can I enter the site?

Hello. In your case, there should be no problems at all. Yes, if you try to go to tplinkwifi.net (to open the TP-Link TL-WR840N settings), and at the same time a laptop, or, in your case, the smartphone will be connected to the Internet in a different way (and not to a router), then an error will appear: " Oops! It looks like you aren't connected to your TP-Link network.Please check your network connection and try again. ".
But you just connect to the TP-Link TL-WR840N Wi-Fi network with factory parameters. The Wi-Fi name and password (PIN) are listed on the bottom of the TL-WR840N. And even after connecting to the router, I recommend completely disconnecting the mobile Internet, since the Wi-Fi network of the router is "without access to the Internet" because it has not yet been configured and the phone can still use the connection via the mobile Internet.
