This error appears in both Windows 7 and Windows 8. I myself have not encountered this problem yet, and I do not have much information. But, there are several ways that I will share in this article.

And they run this diagnostics because the Internet simply does not work. And most likely, it is in the "Limited" status, with a yellow exclamation mark. And yet, as far as I understand, the Internet still works, but not for long. Most likely, depending on the reason for this error, the solutions are very different.
1First of all, after a normal restart of the computer, you need to execute three commands through the command line. We must run the command line as an administrator. There are many ways. You can just enter in the search bar cmd, then right-click on "Command Prompt", and select "Run as administrator".

3Disable or remove the antivirus. There are suspicions that the error may appear due to antivirus. Try turning it off. I don't know if it's worth it, but you can completely remove it.
I read somewhere that because of the NOD32 antivirus, such a problem may appear. Anyway, I advise you to turn off all programs that in some way can affect the operation of the Internet connection.
4 Driver for network card, or wireless adapter. Well, how can it be without drivers. It is possible that the error "This computer is missing one or more network protocols" may occur due to the driver of the wireless adapter or network card.
