It turned out that the speed is acceptable everywhere, except for the place where the computer is. At first I thought that the place was unfortunate (although before that everything was more or less normal), but then it turned out that at the same place problems arise only when the computer is turned on (even if it is in sleep mode). That is, it turns out that a running computer reduces (almost to 0) the Wi-Fi signal? And what about it?

Good afternoon! And if you disconnect the wireless mouse adapter from your computer? I think the problem is understood here. The wireless mouse adapter works at the same frequency as the Wi-Fi network. I think in your case this is 2.4 GHz. And the adapter mutes the signal of the Wi-Fi network. If the wireless mouse was at 5 GHz, then this problem would not exist.
For a start, I would set the channel width to 20MHz in the router settings. The default is probably auto (20MHz / 40MHz). And I would put on the 13th channel. But be careful, when setting the 13th channel, some devices may not see the Wi-Fi network. You can try other channels. For example the 12th.
You can also set the operating mode of the 802.11g network. But disabling 802.11n can dramatically decrease the speed over the Wi-Fi network.
