After installing the router, you need to configure it. For some reason you didn't even write what kind of router you have. However, it doesn't matter. The router must be configured to work with your Beeline Internet provider. And on a laptop, the Internet most likely works because the cable was previously connected to the laptop. Also, it would be nice to connect some other device to eliminate the problem in the phone.
