There may also be a reason in the speed and duplex settings in the properties of the network card. Open the properties of the Realtek PCIe GBE Family Controller NIC in Device Manager and go to the Advanced tab. Find the "Speed and Duplex" property there. Set "1 Gbps".
Click ok and restart your computer.
