Good afternoon!

I hope for your advice. I got a new laptop Xiaomi Redmibook 14 Ryzen 5 3500U and I'm trying to understand what the problem is. It connects to wi-fi from the phone well, does not knock out, but with a home one there are constant interruptions. It connects, then writes "without connection" and generally does not see the home network. And on other home appliances and other computers, there is no such problem.

I tried to follow your instructions - changed the IP address manually, tried to change the driver (only 1 Qualcomm Atheros QCA61x4A Wireless Network Adapter is installed). Then I looked in the windows update center, he basically downloaded different updates for me. This network driver says it fits.

I installed the drivers recommended on the AMD website (AMD Radeon Software), only recently the program began to write that the versions of AMD Radeon Software and the driver do not match. Router Zyxel Keenetic Lite 2.

View the Wi-Fi settings on your router. Or experiment with additional parameters of the Wi-Fi module.

First, try the solutions from this article: Wi-Fi turns off in Windows 10. Change the properties of this particular Wi-Fi network, configure the power settings for the Wi-Fi adapter.

You can also try to replace the driver from the list already installed according to this instruction and check if Wi-Fi will disappear on your Xiaomi laptop.

If the settings on the laptop side do not solve the problem, then try changing the Wi-Fi settings on the router. The first step is to change the channel width to 20 MHz. Set up a static Wi-Fi network channel. The security type must be WPA2.
