Today we are going to introduce the TP-Link Archer C80 router. A very interesting model of a home router with support for new technologies and a large number of different functions. It is a dual-band 802.11ac Wave 2 model with a total wireless speed of up to 1900 Mbps and support for 3 × 3 MIMO technology. The router is made in a completely new case with an interesting design.
TP-Link Archer C80 is a fairly productive router that can cope with high loads from connected devices without any problems. It runs on a 1.2GHz processor. Equipped with Gigabit WAN / LAN ports that support speeds up to 1000 Mbps. The wireless module works in dual bands and provides fast and stable Wi-Fi connection: up to 600 Mbps in the 2.4 GHz band (802.11n), and up to 1200 Mbps in the 5 GHz band (802.11ac).
The wireless signal is transmitted by 4 high-performance, non-removable antennas. Coverage should be sufficient for a three-room apartment or a medium-sized private house without any problems. Much, of course, depends on the installation location of the router, obstacles, interference.

On the front there are indicator icons. The indicators themselves (which are green) are located slightly higher.
All ports and buttons are gathered on the back. There we have a complete set: a power on / off button, a WPS / Wi-Fi button, and a Reset button. Power connector, WAN port and 4 LAN.
Non-removable antennas. But they can be folded without any problems and the router can be hung on the wall. There are necessary holes at the bottom.
