Hello. After reinstalling the drivers, the computer stopped seeing the wifi adapter. That is, it (the adapter) is connected, but the icon that appears when the wifi adapter is disconnected (attached a photo) still burned.

I checked the drivers - everything works fine (I'm attaching a photo).

However, in the adapter parameters window, I do not have a "wireless network" (I also attached a photo).

I was looking for solutions for a long time, I decided to write here. Thanks in advance.

Answer

Hello. Oleg, it was necessary to write, you have a PC, or a laptop. If a laptop, then which model. If a PC, then which Wi-Fi adapter you connect to it. From the screenshots I see that Windows 10 is installed.

There is nothing unusual about your problem. The driver is simply not installed on the Wi-Fi adapter. Therefore, the computer does not see it. This is why there is no Wi-Fi button in the notification bar in Windows 10, and there is no Wireless LAN adapter in the Network Connections window.

I checked the drivers - everything works fine

What's working fine? Where? There is no Wi-Fi adapter in the "Network adapters" section in Device Manager. It's in the Other Devices section. A WiFi device with a yellow exclamation mark. This means that this device is not installed on the system. Most likely the problem is in the drivers.

Install the driver on your adapter from the manufacturer's website of the adapter / laptop itself.
