The laptop does not connect to Wi-Fi from the Beeline router

Good day!!! There is a Beeline router and an hp laptop that does not want to connect to it either !! I distribute Wi-Fi from my phone the beech connects with a bang !!!!! What could be wrong? The rest of the devices connect to it normally (this is another laptop and phones with a tablet) THANKS IN ADVANCE !!

What Windows does your laptop have? Have you tried to disconnect your router from Beeline for a while?
