TP-Link NC220 camera does not work. How do I update the firmware?

Good time of day and Happy Holidays!

I have a question that may seem ridiculous, but for me it is sad. I'll start with the equipment.

I am making an attempt to link an android smartphone and a Windows 10 laptop with an android emulation program with an NC220 camera. Communication is carried out through a tp-link mr-3040 router (uses a ucb modem).

Problem. Everything works with a smartphone, but only locally. When trying to connect via the cloud, a message appears that the camera software is outdated and requires reinstallation. It is indicated which update is needed and where to get it. He took it, but now in confusion what to do with it.

The laptop is even worse. Everything seems to be going fine, but before the step when the camera name should be displayed, the "continue" button at the bottom of the screen does not appear.

Please tell me where I am wrong and what to do to be on the cloud.

Thanks.

Good afternoon. As for working with the TP-Link NC220 camera from an Android smartphone, there should be no problems here. I can't say anything about the Android emulator on Windows 10. And why is it?

If the problem is updating the firmware of the TP-Link NC220 camera, then it is very easy to do. Through the control panel of the camera itself. You should have a new firmware file. Which, as I understand it, you already have.

Next, you need to go to the camera settings. This can be done from a laptop. Through a browser. If the camera and laptop are connected to the same router (otherwise, you can connect the camera with a cable directly to the laptop), open the browser and go to 192.168.1.174, or 192.168.1.56. If the control panel does not open at these addresses, then in the settings of your router, in the list of clients, look at the IP address of the camera. Or in the tpCamera software on your smartphone.

On the authorization page, you need to specify a username and password. Factory: admin and admin.

Next, on the System - Management tab, you need to select the firmware file and update the cloud camera software.

I think everything will work after the firmware update.
