Why does Xiaomi NoteBook Pro laptop stop seeing Wi-Fi networks?

Good afternoon.

Some time ago, all surrounding networks began to disappear in the Wi-Fi tray of the taskbar. I managed to restore only my ac network (2.4 and 5 ghz) from the saved networks (managing known networks). But, sometimes, even my own grid disappears and I see the message "no available networks". The reason has not been calculated. All possible methods were taken (drivers, system cleaning and scanning, adapter settings, etc.), up to reinstalling the system from 0. The situation does not change. Only the temporary inclusion of the "airplane" mode + the inclusion of WiFi itself in the tray helps.

The other day, after another digging, it was possible to understand what extinguishes the network. It's bluetooth. It is he who turns off in the "airplane" mode. And when you turn it off, the networks appear. Those. there is a conflict between the two regimes. As I understand it, the laptop (Xiaomi NoteBook Pro) contains Intel (R) Dual Band Wireless-AC 8265, which is responsible for both network settings and Bluetooth.

So the question is, is it possible to somehow reconcile them and extinguish the conflict of these two "friends". Previously, it was possible to fix it somehow with resources, but how can this be done now and is it possible? On the Microsoft forum, they confirmed to me that such a problem does occur, and it is with Windows 10 and a dual adapter. But all attempts to find a way to fix it were unsuccessful. Please help if possible.

Good afternoon. Did I understand correctly that for a while Wi-Fi on your Xiaomi NoteBook Pro laptop worked stably, found all available wireless networks without problems and kept the connection stably? If so, then the problems may have started after updating Windows 10, or updating the driver for the Intel (R) Dual Band Wireless-AC 8265 adapter, which is installed in the Xiaomi NoteBook Pro. Have you tried rolling back the driver with the Intel (R) Dual Band Wireless-AC 8265 Properties in the Driver tab? You can also try to replace the driver from the list already installed in the system according to this instruction.

For starters, I would just uninstall that adapter in Device Manager and reboot the laptop for it to reinstall.

Further, it is imperative to prohibit the disconnection of this adapter to save energy according to the instructions: configuring the power supply of the wireless network adapter.

I am sure that the problem is not in the "dual" module, as laptops always have combined Wi-Fi / Bluetooth modules.

The other day, after another digging, it was possible to understand what extinguishes the network. It is he who turns off in the "airplane" mode.

There is nothing unusual or strange about this. Bluetooth always turns off after activating airplane mode. This is normal. You can simply turn off Bluetooth on your Xiaomi NoteBook Pro in Windows 10 settings.

I think the problem is either with the power settings or the lopsided driver for Windows 10.

Intel website has a brand new driver for Dual Band Wireless-AC 8265. From 04/09/2019 - https://downloadcenter.intel.com/ru/product/94150/intel-dual-band-wireless-ac-8265

There are two drivers: Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. Download and install both.
