Hello. You haven't written the main thing, what is the goal? What internet? Who should connect to whom? Therefore, I can only guess.
Most likely, the Internet you have is Megafon, or MTS, since the modem is M150-1 (Huawei E3276).
If I understand correctly, then you need to connect the Huawei E3276 modem to the USB port of the Zyxel Keenetic 4G. Go to the settings of the router and configure it to connect to your operator. I can't tell you in detail here, since there is no Keenetic 4G router. But it's not difficult there, everything is in Russian and the Internet is full of instructions.
You will also need to configure a Wi-Fi network on your router. Change the network name from the factory one and set a password. There is a little information in the instructions for setting up ZyXEL Keenetic Start.
If you have a bad signal, connect the ULTRA 3G / 4G antenna to the M150-1 (Huawei E3276) modem (if it is suitable for the connector).
When the Zyxel Keenetic 4G router connects to the Internet via the M150-1 modem and distributes it via Wi-Fi and cable, then on the computer (or whatever you have) you can connect the TP-LINK TL-WN722N adapter, install it on driver, and connect to the Wi-Fi network that your router will distribute.
