If your Internet provider offers a 100 Mbit / s tariff, then to watch online video from TV, it is better to take this tariff. If the speed is not enough, then the video will stop all the time, load, etc.

As I wrote above, any manufacturer will do: Tp-Link, Asus, D-Link, ZyXel, etc. But, if you are only planning to buy a router and will connect a TV to it, then I would advise you not to buy cheap models ... This is because when you start watching video on your TV, connect a few more devices (phones, tablets, computers) to the router that will also actively use the Internet connection, then with a high probability, a budget router simply will not withstand the load, and will stop working. There will be a connection to the router, but there will be no Internet access, and it will constantly have to be rebooted.
