The Internet is connected to the TV through a router !!!. In the settings, it says that it is connected to the Internet (indicates an IP, gateway, etc.) But when updating applications, etc. it is written - there is no Internet connection. And other TVs work fine with this cable. What to do? The rest of Sony's TVs Samsung and Panasonic work perfectly with the Internet.
It's the same with Wi-Fi. I found my network, entered the password. The TV gave out the network parameters, and the applications write: you are not connected to the network.
Answer
The first thing I would do would be to try connecting the TV to a different Wi-Fi network. Even share Wi-Fi from your phone.
You can also try changing DNS on your LG TV. In the network settings, there should be an item "Static settings", or "Manual settings" (the section itself may be called differently). There you can statically set DNS. Write down 8.8.8.8 / 8.8.4.4.
Does the Internet also not work in the browser on the TV?
