Unfortunately I did not find the answer to my question in your materials. The problem is as follows. I bought myself a new Zyxel Keenetic Viva router mainly for the stable operation of the Xiaomi Mi Box 3 TV set-top box.
Configured the router: laptop, smartphone everything works fine. But I connected the router via wifi to the TV set-top box - neither television, nor youtube, nor the playmarket works. those. video opens but loses with terrible lags.
What could be the problem? Maybe it's the router settings?

Good afternoon. By default, all router settings are usually the most optimal. Moreover, other devices work normally and stably. There is no such thing that you need to specially and somehow specially configure the router for Xiaomi Mi Box 3, for example.
Check the speed of the Internet over Wi-Fi from Zyxel Keenetic Viva, then check on Xiaomi Mi Box 3. For example, through the Speedtest application. Maybe the TV set-top box is far away, there is a bad signal and, accordingly, the speed.
You also need to connect the set-top box to another Wi-Fi network and check how it will work. Do websites open in browsers? What's the error on Google Play?
