Hello! I already wrote to you about the firmware for the TL-WR842ND V.2.0 router.
Now on the site http://tplinklogin.net/ the ISP type is requested, I choose L2TP / Russian L2TP, a gray panel and a black stripe are loaded (sorry, you cannot attach images), and on top there is an inscription "buy this domain". Then I went back and just tried all the types of ISPs in turn, but everything continues the same. On the left in the menu, any section: status, quick setup, WPS, system tools, etc. are loaded again with this gray panel with the inscription ... What could be the matter? When I inserted the cable from the router after some settings, I asked for a login and password, entered, the state was: connected, but the site was only half loaded and that's it.
Answer
Hello. Honestly, I did not understand your problem.
I think you need to do a factory reset on your router first according to this instruction. Next, go to the settings of the TL-WR842ND router at the address: 192.168.0.1, or 192.168.1.1 (one of them will definitely work).
Go to the tab Network (Net) - WAN, and there already select your connection type, and set the parameters given by the provider.
Here is another instruction for setting up TP-Link TL-WR842ND.
