Hello. I don't want to upset you, but it all comes down to the fact that the LNA port on your Sony PlayStation 4 still burned out during a thunderstorm. Or some kind of controller. Moreover, if you connect this cable from TP-Link TL-WR841N to a laptop and the Internet works. I just don't see any other options.
During a thunderstorm, when the old TP-Link router burned out, the discharge simply went through the network cable to the PS4 attachment and the LAN port burned out on it. This is a common situation. NICs are fine on computers. This is at its best.
Maybe I'm wrong. The exact answer can only be given to you at the service center, looking at your PS4. I think we should be glad that the console remained intact and in working order. I understand that the Wi-Fi speed is lower and not as stable, but it's better this way.
