The TP-Link website has two firmware files for this router: English (more recent) and Russian, Ukrainian - which one should you choose?

I looked, on the TP-Link website for the TP-Link TL-WR740N V4 router, the latest firmware is in English only. It was published on 15/01/15. And the previous firmware, which is in Russian and Ukrainian, was posted on 14/08/14.
If you are not afraid of the English language in the TP-Link TL-WR740N settings, then flash the router with a new version. If you want to keep your native language, and the router works fine, then you better do nothing.
