The Tenda AC6 router tries to connect via PPPoE and gives the error "Failed to connect", those support say "not the correct password" but) wrote it manually and copied it (Ctrl + C from the router settings and pasted it all at once)
Answer
It seems to me that something is wrong here. It is unlikely that the PPPoE authentication password can be used somewhere on the provider's website. Well, it's not clear where "everything goes at once." The password for the personal account of the provider and the password for connecting to the Internet are most likely different.
You will call the provider's support and specify what PPPoE settings need to be configured. Is there a MAC address binding. Ask where you can see the password for setting up PPPoE on the Tenda AC6 router. Most likely, the login and password are specified in the contract, which the provider should have given you when you connect to the Internet.
I'm pretty sure this isn't a router-side problem. You are either setting the wrong settings, or something with the provider.
