- I had a similar problem. The Intertelecom modem (I have another, not Novatel MIFI 5510L) all the time switched to the X1 operating mode. After that, the speed drops and the connection is terminated. I took it to the Intertelecom office for firmware. You write that you also stitched it. Maybe they did something wrong. - The operator himself has a problem. Something with the base station. Call operator support. Let them figure it out. They see all the information about your connection. Speed, breaks, etc.
- Hardware failure of your modem.
