I don't have a computer and a laptop ...

Hello. And in the control panel of the Netis WF2419E router, in the sectionNet – WAN the router says that the WAN cable is not connected? Have you tried customizing?
I think there are two options here:
- Defective router. Which is very unlikely.
- Problems in the cable itself. Provider side. Maybe the cable itself is bad, or it is not crimped correctly. Or something from the provider's equipment. If you do not have a PC and laptop, then you cannot check if the Internet works directly. Sometimes there were even cases when the computer saw the cable, but the router did not see the cable connected to the WAN port.
