There is a cafe with WI-FI Internet access without flogging. I live in the same house with a cafe.
The signal is weak. But signal reception and Internet access from the balcony (it is in line of sight) works.
Put the netis 2411E router as a repeater. The signal in the apartment is excellent. Comp shows connection establishment and Internet access. However, when you try to go to any site, it says no access, check the DNS.
What is the problem, how to set up the system.

The problem is clear. I would try to register static DNS in the properties of the wireless connection on the computer. I wrote more about this in the article DNS server is not responding. Or try setting everything up again.
But I think that the repeater mode on the Netis WF2411 is not very suitable for this purpose. This is if you wanted to expand your network, and so you connect to someone else's, open Wi-Fi network.
I would use AP + WDS mode. This is a wireless access point bridge.
And in this mode, there may be no problems with DNS. It is configured in much the same way as the "Repeater".
You can set a different network name and password. You will have your own Wi-Fi network, with your own password.
I checked on Netis WF2411, everything works. True, I did not check with an open Wi-Fi network. I (in the screenshot) entered the password "WDS Security Settings", but you will not have it. Since the network is open. Try it.
