Recently, I suddenly began to lose the external network, that is, the indicator goes out and there is really no Internet on any device. Rebooting by unplugging and plugging the power cord helps, but the mains drop rate seems to be increasing. Today, here are 2 times in 1.5 hours. After reboot, it works as expected. There are no problems on the side of the provider.

The problem when the Internet falls off on the router is quite popular. This happens not only with Zyxel Keenetic routers. Most often this manifests itself on budget devices.
One of the most common causes is hardware malfunction. Perhaps there are already some defects on the router board itself, or in the power supply. Swollen capacitors, for example. Perhaps it's warming up.

If the firmware has been updated, there are no unnecessary settings and everything is fine with the provider, then you can hardly do anything in this situation.
And if you connect only one device and do not put a heavy load on the network, then Zyxel Keenetic Lite III still loses its connection to the Internet? Have you tried to simply disconnect and reconnect the cable to the WAN port (Internet) instead of rebooting the router?
I would check it elsewhere and with another provider.
