But the problem is that when I turn on the repeater, the signal on the laptop is perfect, only now, near the network to which I am trying to connect, there is a 5/5 signal, but a yellow flag and the inscription "No Internet connection".
Roughly speaking, there is a signal, but it does not connect me. This problem is absent from a smartphone, everything is perfect there.
And it catches all over the room that the repeater was counting on. But what about the laptop? This is my working tool ...

Hello. What Windows is installed on the laptop? As I understand it, the laptop was previously connected directly to the router (via wi-fi). After installing TP-LINK AC 750 RE200, it should automatically connect to the Wi-Fi network, since the network remains one (the same). If it connects to the network, but the status is "No internet connection", then I would start by re-connecting.
Try deleting this Wi-Fi network on your laptop and reconnecting to it. You will need to re-enter the password. Better yet, reset the network settings on your laptop. I can't tell you in more detail, since I don't know which system is installed on your laptop.
Interestingly, on the phone, everything works near the router, and near the repeater.
