The router is 2 meters away from the computer. 2.4 GHz, Mode N only, 20/40 MHz, channel Avto (13) the signal is strong (-26 dBm), on the working channel the signals of other routers are weak, or even not at all, and the speed is low (download 1.1 MB / s, upload 1.4 Mb / s), dips. At 5 GHz (-50 dBm) it is slightly better, but still the speed above 4 Mb / s (download) does not rise, but the signal is weaker and the speed is lower from the next room. All games with router settings have no effect.
At the entrance, the speed is 100 Mbps and the provider does not recognize any claims. What's the matter? Can I increase the speed? Unfortunately, I cannot send screenshots. the Word file cannot be transferred.

This low Wi-Fi network speed is not normal. ASUS RT-AC51U is a normal router, and it can definitely squeeze more.

- How did you measure your speed?
- What is the speed when the cable is connected directly to the computer. Without a router?
- What is the speed from ASUS RT-AC51U over the network cable?
- And what is the speed over Wi-Fi on other devices (phones, tablets, other computers)?
- I understand you have a PC. Is there a built-in Wi-Fi adapter, or is it USB?
