Basically, you need to find out the MAC address when setting up the Internet. If your provider makes a binding by MAC address, and you, for example, bought a new computer on Windows 10, or decided to configure the Internet on another computer, then you will need to inform the new MAC address to the Internet provider so that he would register it in the settings. Right-click on the internet connection icon and openNetwork and Sharing Center.

In the same window, click on the button Tune.
