Sergey, good afternoon!
I have a Sagemcom F @ st 1744 V4 router from Rostelecom (main).
There is a second router - Linksys WAG320N ADSL router.
Tell me, is it possible to connect the Linksys WAG320N ADSL router to repeater mode so that it amplifies the existing Wi-Fi signal from the Sagemcom F @ st 1744 V4?
In the WAG320N settings, I just can't find it in the "amplifier" mode settings, or even the WDS mode.
Answer
Good afternoon. I don't have a Linksys WAG320N modem to see, check, and see if it can work in repeater mode. I looked on the internet and found the same question on the Linksys official forum.
Linksys WAG320N cannot work as a Wi-Fi signal booster.
WAG320N with another router can only be connected via a network cable. LAN-LAN scheme.

Perhaps you can flash it with third party DD-WRT firmware. But I'm not sure that the repeater mode you need will appear there. We need to study this topic.
