In general, after changing the provider from Rnet to Beeline, the first problem first appeared - there was no Internet on the PC and also on the phone via wifi, but at the same time the TV set was working, which was connected to the set-top box, which was connected to the router via a wire.

The firmware of the router helped, I can easily surf the Internet (watch videos on YouTube, VK and much more) from a PC and also from a phone, but I cannot play some online games (CS: GO, PlanetSide 2, Heroes & General , War Thunder ...), there are also other games (PUBG, Escape from tarkov) that work fine. I tried to upgrade to other firmware, tried to open ports, turned on NAT-DMZ, turned off the firewall on the router, nothing helps.

If you plug the wire directly into the PC, then everything is buzzing and there are no problems. I've been sitting for a week now and I don't know what to do, please help.

Why don't the online games listed by you work through a router? No connection to the server, or is there another problem? There are no other computers / laptops connected to this router? It would be possible to check if these games work on another computer. This would eliminate the problem on the PC (Windows) / game side. Which router?

As a rule, these games automatically work through any router, and you do not need to configure anything and open ports. Everything is configurable and works thanks to the UPnP function.

For some reason it seems to me that your router is incorrectly configured. As far as I know, Beeline uses L2TP or PPTP connection type. Have you selected the type of connection in the router settings, specified the login / password and server name (check this information with the provider)? You don't need to start a high-speed connection on your computer.

Perhaps these online games are not working due to incorrect router settings. Others still work because of the peculiarities in the connection. I would reset the router settings, set up the correct Internet connection (ISP) and already look further. Since there all these port forwarding and other settings that you already did, can only get in the way.
