The Internet on the Tenda router turns off and on and Wi-Fi disappears

Before I describe the problem, I’ll say right away, I’m a wild teapot in this matter and may be confusing or not understanding some terms for which I apologize in advance, also similar topics (or, it seems to me, similar) were already on the site, but it seems to me there is no answer I need, in general the problem itself:

In the house we have 2 computers (mine and my father's) + a TV that runs on the Internet, as well as 3 more phones that are connected to Wi-Fi. At home we have a Tenda Wi-Fi router. due to the fact that the device that distributes the Internet is one, and it needs a lot of distributions, it is connected to a Wi-Fi router to which my computer is connected via cable. Recently (literally 2-3 days ago), the following problem has begun: the wi-fi router reboots (as it seems to me) every 4-5 seconds + the distribution of wi-fay disappears and the Internet on my computer disappears at intervals of 4-5 seconds, and this problem occurs completely spontaneously and without any connection, for example, I was sitting at a computer, watching a video and suddenly the Internet began to disappear and appear again.

Also, a very strange fact: I looked at the entrance to the device that distributes the Internet and saw that everything was working stably except for the cable that connects to the Wi-Fi router i.e. my father's Internet (he is directly connected to the device) does not disappear, but it will just disappear for me because I am connected to a Wi-Fi router, I tried to connect my computer directly to a device that distributes the Internet to the same input as a Wi-Fi router and there is no such problem. It is worth noting that the load on the Wi-Fi router did not increase and all of the above listed gadgets and devices have been connected to it for at least 2-3 + years, if any additional information is needed, then I am open for discussion.

Answer

If the Internet disappears simultaneously on all devices that are connected to the Tenda router, and everything works stably from the device (the modem to which the router is connected), then the problem is only in the router.

wi-fi router reboots (as it seems to me)

Have you noticed that the indicators on the router go out, start to light / flash differently than usual, at the moment when the Internet is disconnected? The Wi-Fi network disappears when the router reboots.

I think that this is a hardware failure of the router, or the power supply. You can do a factory reset following this instruction. Reconfigure the router. But most likely this will not help and will have to be replaced. I wrote about a similar problem in the article: the router is constantly rebooting, or you have to reboot.

And when, for example, one phone is connected to the router, or only your computer is connected via a cable, does the Internet also turn off and turn on and Wi-Fi disappears?
