There you need to specify a username, password, server name. You can find out this information from the Beeline support. I saw on the screenshots that you have configured the connection. But maybe you specified some parameters incorrectly. Once the router does not establish a connection with the Beeline provider.

It happens differently, and perhaps in your case the reason is not in the settings of the router. For example, the router does not see the Internet cable (WAN). Or the router just broke down. If the Internet works with a direct connection to a computer, then the provider most likely has everything Ok.
