You probably had to enter that the provider binds the Internet to the MAC address, and the Internet is connected to the PC. That is, it is tied to the MAC address of the computer's network card.

It is not very clear what kind of login. When connected to Wi-Fi, this is not. You only need to specify the password from the network.
On the problem: most likely, your router is simply incorrectly configured to work with your Internet provider. Is the Internet from your provider (cable) connected to ZYXEL Keenetic Lite III? If the problem is in binding the Internet by the MAC address, then you just need to change the MAC address of the router. Register the MAC address of the computer on it. Or call the provider and ask to bind the Internet to the new MAC address of the router. It is indicated on a sticker on the router itself. Well, you need to set all the settings for connecting to the provider. Connection type and all that. This is in the ZYXEL Keenetic Lite III control panel.
Then the Internet will work from a router via Wi-Fi, and via cable. Without the included computer.
