TP-LINK TL-AP450D, this is some kind of Chinese version, or something. Probably bought on Aliexpress. I am not familiar with this particular device. There can be many reasons.

I advise you to try to enter the settings from another device, or see the article: what to do if you do not enter the router settings. Perhaps the router is just broken.
