I can't access the Internet on my iPhone via Wi-Fi from my home network. Works with other networks

I recently had a problem connecting to a wi-fi network via an iPhone.

Everything is in order with the router, I connect through the laptop, everything works, and when I connect through the iPhone, everything is connected, but no browser works, I want to add that I connect to other networks (in a cafe, for example) - everything works.

I forgot the network, reconnected and the phone rebooted, everything just does not work.

Advise what to do in such a situation?

Thanks in advance)

Hello. This is a very rare issue on iPhone. Since he usually just refuses to connect to Wi-Fi. And in your case, there is a connection, but the Internet does not work.

Two important points:

  • Is the Internet working on a laptop when connected to your router via Wi-Fi? Does the Internet work on other mobile devices from your network? Need to check. Did everything work before? I mean, the router can be configured in bridge mode, and the Internet can work via the cable.
  • IPhone apps also don't have internet access? Or only sites in the browser do not open?

I can also advise you to reset the network settings on the iPhone. Like this:

I wrote more about this in the article: iPhone or iPad does not connect to Wi-Fi, the Internet does not work
