Wi-Fi is turned off on the laptop, and without internet access. What to do?

Good afternoon! I recently bought a wi-fi router called Upvel. It was needed in order to connect the new laptop to the Internet. We bought a router, set it up and everything worked well, but after two days the Internet was gone. A person from Beeline technical support set it up for us (we use cable and Internet services from them). Everything was set up, the Internet started working again. And also, after 1 day he disappeared. And so it was repeated 2 times. I'm trying to connect via my phone. Wi-Fi is connected, but there is no Internet itself. And so on every device. Before the Wi-Fi router, we had a regular beeline modem, only on one computer. Tell me what to do? Is this a problem with the router? Or in a beeline company? (Maybe they just turn off the Internet signal?) Or is it related to a computer?

Answer:

Good afternoon. The problem is understandable in principle, only it turns out that Wi-Fi does not disappear, the network itself is there, devices are connected to it, the Internet just does not work. No internet access.

Have you tried, when the Internet no longer works, turn off and turn on the router? It's just that when there is a Wi-Fi connection, but the Internet is not working, it means that the router is not connected to an Internet provider. But for what reason it does not connect, it is already difficult to say, there are many options here: the provider has problems, a failure in the router itself, the router settings are flitting, etc.

If the wizard who came to configure the router told you the reason, then perhaps I would advise something specific on your problem.
