Internet does not work through FreshTel router

Unexpectedly, the Internet from the FreshTel router stopped working (connected to the computer via a cable). The indicators showing that there is a signal via Wi-Fi have ceased to light. On the computer, the status is "No Internet access", or "Limited" (Windows 8). And on mobile devices, sites simply do not open, programs do not work, etc.
The settings were thrown off, rebooted, there was money in the account, the operator had no work, she called the hot line to the company itself - they were fed breakfast throughout the week.

I tried to configure it using your site, but there is no detailed information on this particular router - maybe I did something wrong, which is the problem.

Now for the problem with the Internet through the FreshTel router. Have you tried connecting the Internet directly to your computer? If possible. Thus, you can understand whether the Internet itself is working, and whether the provider has problems.

If you notice that the indicators on the router have somehow started to light up incorrectly, then this may also indicate a breakdown of the router itself. Does everything work as expected after a factory reset? The fact that the Internet does not work after you reset the settings is in most cases even normal. After all, the router needs to be reconfigured to connect to your Internet provider. True, if it really didn't break.

These are just my assumptions. It is difficult to advise something specific when you do not know what device and Internet provider you are talking about.
