For your model of TP-LINK TL-MR3020 router, I did not find ZTE WCDMA Technologies MSM in the list of compatible ones. True, it seems to me that your modem has another model.
Only the ZTE MF 100, ZTE AC 5710, and ZTE AC 5730 are on the compatibility list.
It happens that the modem is not in the list of compatible ones, but the router detects it, and works without problems.
