Hello! I have a D-Link Dir-615 router. When connected to an outlet, the power button of the router glows orange. The internet cable itself works well when connected to a computer. If I connect the router and the computer via a blue cable (the Internet cable is already connected to the router), then the computer cannot access the router's website. Thanks for the answer.

Hello. You described your question very poorly, without specific information on the problem. Refine in the comments:

  1. The power button cannot light orange on the D-Link Dir-615. Possibly an indicator. If so, which one? With a power icon (first)? Are other indicators on / flashing?
  2. Do you continue to start the connection to the provider on the computer?
  3. Did it work before, or is the router new?

First you need to go to the D-Link Dir-615 settings. To do this, you do not need to launch any connections to the ISP on your computer, and in the properties of the network connection, you set the automatic IP acquisition. About all this, I pial in the article does not go into the settings of the router to 192.168.0.1 or 192.168.1.1.

You need to go to the control panel and configure your D-Link Dir-615. The first step is to set up an Internet connection (provider). Configure a Wi-Fi network. Here is the instruction: Setting up D-link DIR-615. Detailed instructions for setting up a Wi-Fi router.
