I think the problem is this: after a power outage, the settings on the router went off. Accordingly, the Internet stopped working. The Wi-Fi access point did not disappear anywhere, just the name of the network became the factory one and you did not notice it in the list of networks on your phone and laptop.
You set up a connection to an ISP on a computer and the Internet started working, but only on a PC. But you don't need to set up a connection on your computer if you have a router. All the settings given by the provider must be set in the Zyxel Keenetic settings.
What did you do next, and next to your connection in the settings of the router it says "Error connecting to the server" with a red cross. Until it says "Connected" (or something like that), the Internet via Wi-Fi from the router will not work.
The first step is to disconnect / delete the connection on the computer. You do not need to run it. Further, in the settings of your Zyxel Keenetic, you need to create a connection to the provider in the "Internet" section (or edit an already created connection).
