Connecting to a dual band router

Good afternoon! At work, wifi is distributed at 2.4 GHz, there are no laces. Connect only one device via MAC, I want to connect three. Is a 2.4 / 5 GHz router suitable for this? All devices support 5GHz. If not, how do all three connect? Thanks!
