As far as I know, TP-LINK Archer C20 router cannot work with USB 3G modems. Yes, it has a USB port, but modem support is not listed on the official website or on other sites. Did they add support in the new firmware. But it seems to me that it is unlikely.
In any case, if the router supports work with 3G modems, then it must be compatible specifically with your modem. Well, you need to set the settings. How to do it, I wrote here.
