Transferred Windows from HDD to SSD and the wi-fi module stopped working. It is not detected in the system, at work there is exactly the same laptop, changed the modules in places, on another laptop my module works. And mine also does not see the module.
How to get Wi-fi back. tried the diagnostics https: //pcsupport.lenovo.com/ni/ru/products/laptops-and-netbooks/lenovo-g-series-laptops/lenovo-g700 ... only wi-fi writes there is no such module.
did the same

C: WINDOWSsystem32> netcfg -s n

Network adapters
-----------------
nonpnpnetworkinterface {178bffbe-a789-483e-afba-109cd3e8d187} Broadcom 802.11n Network Adapter
pciven_1969 & dev_10a0 Qualcomm Atheros AR8172 / 8176/8178 PCI-E Fast Ethernet Controller (NDIS 6.30)
Network Protocols
-----------------

In the device manager, it is also not there.

Answer

It's strange that the Broadcom 802.11n Network Adapter is displayed in the "netcfg -s n" Wi-Fi command. But some strange lines in front of him, this should not be there.

Is the problem with the incorrect connection of the Wi-Fi module excluded? Is the port itself damaged there?

You wrote about diagnostics there. I didn't quite understand. Have you tried downloading and installing the driver for your Lenovo IdeaPad G700, Broadcom module and Windows installed on your computer? What result?

I would also try to reset the Windows network settings. But if the module is not in the device manager, then this is unlikely to change anything.

In the device manager, as I understand it, there are no unknown devices either?
