Hello. There are a lot of unclear points in your problem.
- If you connect the Internet to a computer, start a connection on it, does the Internet work normally?
- Have you configured the PPPoE connection on your router correctly? Have you set all the parameters given by the provider? Is the TP-Link TL-WR841N connected to the Internet? Is the globe indicator on the router on / blinking?
- When you connect a computer to a router, do not start an Internet connection on the computer? You don't need to do this!
- Does the provider see for sure that the router is connected to the Internet, or does it see your computer? Below TP-Link TL-WR841N its MAC address is indicated, dictate it to the provider, let them check the addresses.
