This is a typical situation. The hotel has a poor Wi-Fi network. Most likely due to savings. Wi-Fi seems to be there, but in fact it is not. It would be better if he did not exist at all. In this case, there is nothing you can do. You cannot strengthen Wi-Fi on your own. This should be done by the hotel staff. Install additional equipment, change the old one, redo the network, etc. But as I understand it, they do not want to do this.
I had a similar story last summer. In the hotel, the signal in my room was very bad. And if it was possible to connect to it, then the Internet either worked for a couple of minutes, or did not work at all. Moreover, the network was so busy that I could not connect to it even in the area of a stable signal. I'm not talking about the room, where the signal was very weak.
I just distributed mobile Internet from my phone. I didn’t even contact the administration, as I understood that it would not give anything. And they themselves know what kind of Internet they have. Something like this.
