Why does the Internet not work on Windows 7 PCs after uninstalling Dr.Web?

Hello. Very much I ask for help !!! The computer is connected via a router (there is no other PC to check the router), wi-fi works on the phone, but not on the computer.

I reread several of your articles, which I just did not do with the computer, nothing helps. The program costs Windows 7 maximum. In the first photo - this is how it looks when only the computer is turned on and you are trying to access the Internet, the second photo is connected through a router, everything is automatically installed in the Internet Protocol version 4 TCP / IPv4, when you try to connect a high-speed one, it gives an error 651 and the third photo - this is how the icons look when the cable is connected directly to the PC without a router and the router itself, so as not to write all its data.

And yet suddenly it is important, before "covering" the Internet, I uninstalled Dr.Web antivirus in order to reinstall it, since it stopped updating, rebooted the computer, and the Internet bye-bye, but downloaded the antivirus via the phone and installed it, but the Internet did not appear with it. 😡☺ I cannot send a photo, I swear 😦 - Error: The image width exceeds the maximum (2000 pixels). I don't know how to make fewer pixels with a phone.

Answer

Hello. Yes, uninstalling Dr.Web anti-virus can be the reason why the Internet stopped working on your computer. Since the Internet does not work on the phone, the problem is not with the router.

There is very little specific information on the problem, since you could not attach a photo. Try adding them in the comments. I understand correctly, is the PC connected to the router via cable? Did you uninstall Dr.Web correctly?

But since the reason is most likely in the Dr.Web anti-virus, let's consider possible solutions to this problem.

  1. Remove the anti-virus using the special utility "Dr.Web Remover". You can download it on the Internet (on your phone, then drop it on your PC).
  2. After removing the antivirus, you need to reset the network in Windows 7.
  3. Check proxy settings. They must be disabled.
  4. In the properties of the Internet connection (if by cable, then "Local Area Connection") you need to check if there is a component from the Dr.Web anti-virus. If there is, uncheck the box next to it and click Ok.
I have a screenshot using the example of Windows 10. In Windows 7, everything is about the same.

The high speed connection does not need to be started when the Internet is connected via a router.

Try these solutions. Attach photos / screenshots in the comments if you can't solve this problem. If it works, write down which solution helped.
