Installed Avast, made a license, checked for viruses, plus I used their accelerator, cleaned up all the trash, and updated the drivers. Plus, someone decided to help me and updated the drivers for Windows 8.1, I did not update them for 3 years on purpose (I have no luck with this).
After the Internet outages began, at first it helped to simply overload for a couple of days, then it did not help, played with a tambourine, did not help and did a rollback of the system (at the moment there is no working recovery, they even disappeared), a couple of days it was normal and today it turned off completely again. Avast removed, Revounistaller cleaned up.
All dances with a tambourine from the site did not help. I took down the drivers and installed the old and new ones and off the site. The router does not see the connection of the laptop to it, prescribing ip pens does not help.
When I distribute an access point from the phone, I see on it that the laptop is connected (but wi-fi is also dead and an unidentified network is writing).
The question is what to do?

Good afternoon. There was already a similar question: after uninstalling Avast antivirus, the Internet does not work. The author did not unsubscribe, I do not know if the solutions helped him or not. From the screenshot, I see that you are connected both via cable (as I understand it to the router) and via Wi-Fi. The Ethernet adapter and Wireless network have the status "Unrecognized network". If the problem is with both adapters, then it is unlikely that this is due to a driver update. I think Avast did his best here, he knows how. Even after removing Avast, the problem with the lack of access to the Internet is not solved.
The first step, of course, is to reset the network. You can use this program. Next, be sure to check if there are any extra components in the properties of both adapters (I showed you how to do this using the link above, where I answered a similar question).
I also wrote about various network problems that may arise due to Avast antivirus in the article the network adapter does not have valid IP settings. You can try reinstalling Avast by selecting only the core components during the installation process. Reset the parameters in the antivirus settings. Will delete it again through the Windows menu. In the same place I wrote about the extra components that this antivirus can install.
You can also remove the network card and Wi-Fi adapter in the device manager (one at a time). Then restart your computer.
