Good afternoon. The question I have described has already been asked before - https://help-wifi.com/voprosy-otvety/dostup-v-internet-zablokirovan-vozmozhno-podklyuchenie-zablokirovano-brandmauerom-ili-antivirusnoj-programmoj/

Unfortunately, it has not received further development, so I ask it again.

Windows 10 is installed on the laptop. When trying to access the Internet from ANY browser, except Microsoft Edge, it says that this is impossible. I attach a screenshot of an attempt to log in via Yandex Browser.

When I try to install Chrome only, after the "Internet Connection" state, the following information flies out - I attach a screen.

Attempts to follow the suggested advice have also been unsuccessful.

The situation arises with any connection to the Internet - via cable, Wi-Fi from the phone - always. I use a standard defender as an antivirus.

Please help with the situation.

Answer

Good afternoon.

The simplest thing - have you tried to disable the built-in firewall completely? Have you installed third-party firewalls, or other programs that can affect the operation of the network? Then these problems started with the "Internet access blocked" error in all browsers except Microsoft Edge? It's strange that even Google Chrome is not installed, and the installer swears that GoogleUpdate.exe can be blocked by a firewall.

Try resetting Windows 10 Firewall to factory settings. To do this, in the search (or by opening the Start menu), start typing "Windows Defender Firewall" and select the appropriate item in the search results.

In the new window, click on the "Restore defaults" item. I have this item inactive because a third-party firewall is installed.

In the window (which is in the screenshot above) you can also enable / disable the firewall.

I also recommend checking the system with various antivirus utilities. Moreover, the third-party antivirus is not installed on your computer. Perhaps, Internet access is blocked in browsers after launching some malicious programs. Check the system with AdwCleaner, AVZ, Malwarebytes Anti-Malware Free, Dr.Web CureIt !.
